1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Grated Ginger Root
3 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 Cup Roasted Salted Cashews
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
3 Spring Onions Chopped and separated white and green
1 Tablespoon Cooking Wine
2 Tblsp Vegetable Oil
3 Stalks Celery Diced
40 Large Shrimp (41-60 count)


How Do I Make Spicy Shrimp, Celery and Cashew Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Spicy Shrimp, Celery and Cashew Stir Fry:

Mix soy sauce,sesame oil and wine in a bowl, set aside.Chop and mix garlic,ginger and red and pepper flakes together.Heat a skillet over high heat. Add 1 Tablespoon of the vegetable oil, the celery and cashews. Add 1/4 tsp salt and stir fry untill celery is just tender. Remove and put in bowl.Return skillet to high heat with the remaining oil. Add the shrimp and remaining salt, stirring untill shrimp turn pink.Add the garlic,ginger, pepper mix and the whites of the onions. Stir fry untill fragrant. Add celery and cashews back into pan with most of the greens and soy/sesame mix. Blend all together for 1 minute.Divide into 4 (10 shrimp each) and even out rest of mix. Can be served over Spaghetti Squash to keep Cals and Carbs Low.
