Here is how you make Spicy Shrimp Noodle Bowl:

1. Clean the shimp, but keep the tails. 2. Combine the shrimp tails, water, broth, clam juice, and ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Strain the broth mixture into a bowl and throw out the solids. 5. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add peppers, onion, and garlic and saute for a few minutes. Add the broth and bring to a simmer. 6. Stir in shrimp, snap peas, chili sauce, salt, and noodles.
