Here is how you make Kickin' Tequila Shrimp:

1. Heat just 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large saute pan over high heat. When butter starts bubbling, add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, until halfway cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the pan.2. Return pan to the stove and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of the butter. When hot, add the garlic, onion and bell pepper. Saute for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, cilantro and return the cooked shrimp back into the pan.3. Pour in the tequila, let simmer for 30 seconds. Pour in the Tabasco sauce, lime juice, season with salt and pepper and finally stir in the sour cream.
