Here is how you make Tofu Shirataki Shrimp Lo Mein:

1. Coat a frying pan with non-stick cooking spray.2. Add veggies and shrimp, cooking until heated through.3. While that's cooking, open the tofu shirataki and drain out the liquid.4. Place the tofu shirataki in a colander and rinse VERY WELL under running water (I rinse mine for a good 5 minutes to remove that lime juice!). While rinsing, use kitchen shears to cut the shirataki into more manageable pieces.5. Add tofu shirataki and soy sauce to the frying pan.
