Snap peas, 1.5 cup
Peppers, sweet red, raw, diced, 1 cup
Bok Choy, diced, 2 cup
Garlic, 2 gloves, chopped (divided)
Ginger Root, fresh diced (1tsp)
Vegetable Stock, 1 cup
Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup
Honey or Brown Rice Syrup, 1 tbsp
Rice Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Ginger Root, 1 tsp
Corn Starch, 2 tbsp
Water, about 2 tbsp


How Do I Make Asian Shrimp and Veggies?

Here is how you make Asian Shrimp and Veggies:

Clean, deveine, and pat dry shrimp. Set aside.Prepare diced veggies in bit size pieces.Prepare stir fry sauce by mixing stock, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger root, half of the garlic and the corn starch and 1 tsp seasame oil. Set aside.You will need one large and one medium skillet.Heat vegetable oil in large skillet on medium/high heat.Add carrots, snap peas and green onions to pan and stir fry for about 3 minutes. Heat 1 tsp seasame oil in smaller skillet. To the large skillet and add the red peppers and bok choy.You may need to add 2 tbsp of water when adding bok choy and peppers. At the same time add the shrimp and 1 tsp garlic to the medium skillet. You will need to attend to both for about 3 mins.Stir the stir fry sauce and add to the larger skillet. As soon as it begins to thicken transfer the shrimp into the larger pan. All together the shrimp will have cooked about 5 mins in the first pan. Once you have transfered the shrimp you should be able to turn the heat off of the larger skilet and just stir until thickened fully.Serving Size:?4
