Set aside.Prepare diced veggies in bit size pieces.Prepare stir fry sauce by mixing stock, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger root, half of the garlic and the corn starch and 1 tsp seasame oil. Set aside.You will need one large and one medium skillet.Heat vegetable oil in large skillet on medium/high heat.Add carrots, snap peas and green onions to pan and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
