Here is how you make Mom's Potato Soup:

Makes (4) 2 cup servings.Chop and dice all veggies. Pour water in crock to heat. Add chopped potato, onion, celery, carrot, and spinach. Add in spices. Cook till the potatoes are tender, add in evaporated milk, bacon, clams, and clam juice. Let come to up to heat. Mix cornstarch with .25 cup of cold water till smooth. Mix the cornstarch mixture into the soup when it is steaming. Mix till thickened. May need a shake or two of salt.
