How Do I Make Scallop Soup?

Here is how you make Scallop Soup:

Chop and slice all vegetables and fruit. Add olive oil to a large pan. Heat oil and add garlic and apples. Saute for a few minutes then add celery, peppers and squash. Saute for a few minutes more. Add scallops and cover pan with a tight fitting lid. Add a little water or broth if you don't see some accumulation of water in the pan. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
