2 medium red peppers, diced
1 lb asparagus, rough ends snapped off, and but into 2-3" pieces
1 medium onion, finely chopped
6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3/4 cup white wine
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 lb thin spaghetti
salt to taste

Put spaghetti water on to heat. Clean and prepare prawns, asparagus and red peppers. Add asparagus and red peppers to boiling water and blanch for 5 minutes. Drain and add to bowl with cold water to stop cooking. Bring water to a boil and add salt. Add spaghetti and cook according to directions.Chop onion and garlic. Heat oil in large skillet and add onion and garlic, saute until translucent. Add asparagus and red peppers, Stir in prawns, add white wine, pepper flakes and salt. bring to boil, lower heat and simmer until prawns are done, pink in color. Add butter and melt.
