1 tbsp Chinese Hot Mustard Sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
2 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
1/4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


How Do I Make Spicy Thai Grilled Salmon?

Here is how you make Spicy Thai Grilled Salmon:

Heat grill to medium heat.Wash and pat dry the salmon. If filets have skin, place them skin side down. Lightly spray with olive oil and sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper.Mix together remaining ingredients. Heat in the microwave for 45 seconds. Stir to blend the peanut butter with the remaining ingredients. Heat again in 30 second intervals until sauce is completely smooth.Brush about 1/3 of the sauce on the salmon filets. Place them skin side down on the grill and close the lid.After 10 minutes, check the salmon and drizzle the remaining sauce on the salmon.
