Here is how you make Spinach and Mushroom Stuffed Tilapia:

Place the tilapia bottom up on a baking sheet. Combine all the other ingredients together in a bowl. After it's mixed well, put a spoonful the mixture on the tilapia and turn it over tucking the ends under so it is rolled up. (Using a toothpick is helpful). Use whatever of the "stuffing mixture" that you have leftover and put it on the top of the fillets. Bake the tilapia at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
