3 Tbs All purpose flour
3 Tbs Olive Oil
5 tsp minced garlic

4 C chicken broth
2 Pkg mixed frozen vegtables(your choice) thawed
1 Pkg Seafood mix OR
8 oz cooked Shrimp
8 Oz squid
2 Cups Imitation crabmeat

4 C tomato sauce


How Do I Make Monkey Stew?

Here is how you make Monkey Stew:

In stock pot on medium heat warm oil. Add flour stirring constantly until browned about 5 mins give or take. Once browned add broth and turn heat to medium high almost to boil for about 5 mins than add the drained thawed vegtables and cook an medium stirring occasionally for 20 mins. Added seafood and continue to cook for 20 mins. Add the tomato sauce and cook on medium for 10 to 20 mins or until thick.* You can add spices such as Paprika and traditional Gumbo seasoning to taste but I am a sissy and add nothing!
