1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb scallops
2 tsp reduced fat margarine
1 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
juice of 1 lemon

Here is how you make Saucy Seafood Stir-Fry:

Serving size- makes 4 servings1. Spray a large frying pan or wok with cooking spray. Add 1 tsp canola oil to pan and heat to medium high.2. Stir fry vegetables one at a time, adding in the order carrots, cauliflower, then broccoli, for a total of about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with water if they start to stick or burn. Then add peppers.3. Add shrimp to mixture and continue cooking for about 2 minutes. Add scallops and continue cooking until shrimp turn pink and scallops turn white. Set aside.4. Melt margarine in microwave. In a small bowl, whip mayonnaise and melted margarine together until smooth. Add lemon juice.5.
