Here is how you make Stuffed Crab Shells:

Directionscook pasta according to box directions. drain pasta. In a small bowl, mix chives and white wine let sit to soften chives. Chop crab meat in a large bowl. Add 1/4 cup skim milk and cream cheese, mix well. Add parmesan cheese and chive/wine mixture. Now take the 12 pasta shells and add 3 tbs of the crab mixture to each.
