3 oz baby (salad) shrimp
4 oz fat-free cream cheese

How Do I Make Creamy Seafood Stuffed Avocado?

Here is how you make Creamy Seafood Stuffed Avocado:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Half the avocado and remove pit. Sprinkle with lime juice to prevent browning. Set aside in oven-safe cooking pan. Spray fry pan with cooking spray and begin to saute onion and garlic over high heat - add water before they begin to brown and stir occasionally until water nearly evaporates. Add crab meat, shrimp, and half of the salf (1 tsp) and stir occasionally until mixed well with flavors of the onion and garlic (about 2-3 minutes). Stir in cream cheese and remove from heat. Add remaining salf (1 tsp). Stuff avocados with the mixture (they will be stuffed with heaping amount on top). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until avocado is soft.
