Roast the pepper and leave the skin on. Or parboil it for 5 minutes. You don't have to use a green one, any size, any color pepper will do. Just de-stem and take the seeds out.Rinse and drain the clams of all sand and water - this will cut way down on the sodium. Drain well and transfer to a bowl.Mix in the cheese, raisins, tahini, and raspberry walnut dressing with the clams. When the pepper is ready, pack it full of the clam mixture.
