* *Green Onion - Raw, chopped, 0.2 cup
* *kosher salt, .5 tsp
* Garlic powder, 1 tbsp

Here is how you make Pita Stuffed Talapia FOR ONE:

First get your Tilapia fillet and thawn it thoroughly, then add salt, garlic and garlic powder and cook it in a nonstick pan and spray the margarine non stick spray OR cook it in your George Foreman (Which is how i did it).At the same time i would recommend that you put your brown rice to cook, you can cook white rice but that would change the calorie value. I cook my rice with out anything just water. Once the tilapia is flaky when poked with a fork (this is the messy part, play with your food lol) get it all broken with your fork. Grab your PITA bread and do an opening on the top so that you can stuff it.Put a Tbsp of Mayo to quote the bottom of the pita. Add the rice and the tilapia together, grab some red kidney beans, wash them if they are from the Goya Can and throw a few ontop.Open your pita and stuff it!!! You will love the result!!!
