Coconut Oil (any cooking oil will do) 2 Tbl Sweet & Spicy Asian sauce ( w/ red chilies in it) 1 Tbl Honey 1 dash of Salt pinch of cornstarch How Do I Make Sweet-thang Shrimp?Here is how you make Sweet-thang Shrimp: Pre-heat large sauce pan on Med-High heat.In a small bowl mix: Mayo, Asian Sauce, Honey and dash of salt take half of the pineapples and squeeze out juice and add remaining pineapple bits to mix. Set to side.Add coconut oil (I prefer this as it's a lighter oil and is believed to have a mild stimulating effect on the thyroid - but use any oil you prefer.) Swirl to cover pan.Add shrimp to pan, cook until they begin to turn pink. Add mixture. Stir. Add Lemon Juice. Stir.Add remaining pineapple "tidbits" Stir.Sprinkle a pinch of cornstarch on shrimp and stir frequently. Shrimp are done when they are no longer transluscent and are opaque.
