8 sea scallops
8 large shrimp (raw)

Here is how you make Teriyaki Seafood Kabobs:

Place swordfish, scallops and shrimp in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and toss to mix well. Marinate in refridgerator for 30 minutes.Thread seafood pieces onto 4 12" metal skewers, alternating fish, scallops and shrimp. (each skewer will have 2 peices of each). Spray grill grates with cooking spray. Grill kabobs over medium heat, 4 minutes per side, basting with remaining marinade.
