1/3 c. chicken broth

Here is how you make Tilapia with Almonds and Cherries:

Toast the almonds until fragrant and slightly browned. Salt and pepper the tilapia.Heat the oil in a pan. Add tilapia. Cook until firm and browned. Flip over and do the other side. Remove from pan. Add onion and saute until transluscent. Add the wine. Wait about 2 min then add thyme and cherries. Cook for about 30 sec. and then add the broth. Simmer until reduced about a third.
