Here is how you make Mediterranian Tilapia:

Place olive oil, butter, garlic, lemon, and onion into a pan over medium heat. Slice cherry tomatoes in length-wise and place cut side down in pan once butter has melted (resting on garlic is ok). Place tilapia in pan, making sure that it rests on the garlic mixture. Sprinkle top with kosher salt, pepper, basil, and thyme. Cook until fish begins to turn white around the edges, about 3-4 minutes. Carefully turn fish over, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and thyme again. Give the pan a small shake to move tomatoes slightly - don't flip them, though, since they will carmelize.
