Here is how you make Tilapia Tots:

Bake or microwave fish filets until they flake with a fork at the thickest points. Place fillets in a medium bowl and flake. Let cool 5 minutes before stirring in eggs. Add cheese.In separate bowl mix almond meal, baking powder, lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt.Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir. For pan frying, melt a little coconut oil and place about 2-3 tablespoons of mixture in hot pan.
