Delicious, low calorie, low carb, highly flavorful dish. Very light yet satisfying. I just came up with this on my own, initially using it as a way to season store bought ravioli. I like the combination of flavors and used it with the fish for a lighter meal. The boyfriend raves about this one. It's also relatively quick and easy.

About 6 portabella mushrooms (I said 650 grams for the calorie counter, not sure how close that is).
A lemon for zest
4 six ounce tilapia filets
Sage (measurements listed are approximate, I go by taste)
Nutmeg (same on measurements, but definitely go much lighter on this than with the sage. It doesn't take much)
Olive oil - I use the spray kind to minimize use.
Truffle oil - this is the extra TBSP of oil listed. I really think that this rounds out the flavors, but if you don't have it, you can skip it. Also, only use a TINY bit. A little truffle oil goes a long way.
Kosher salt
Cracked pepper

Chop portabellas, either in slices or small chunks Spray a large skillet with olive oil, add a mix of the seasoning, salt and pepper.Toss the portabellas in and stir fry, adding a touch of oil if necessary. and sprinklin extra seasoning on top.Cover and let them cook for a few minutes, when tender, set aside. using the same pan, spray lightly with oil, add seasoning and toss fish filets in. Season and cook both sides until texture is moist, but flaky and cooked through.Serve on top of mushrooms.Drizzle small amount of truffle oil and shave lemon zest over everything.
