2.5 tsp butter
300ml milk

Heat the oil, fry the onion until golden, stir in the tomatoes and simmer for 10 mins. Melt the butter slowly in a pan, add the flour and stir until a paste forms, add the milk gradually stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Cook the spaghetti 8 mins, then add broccoli and cook for a further 4mins. Add most of cheese to white sauce then add the tuna.
