Here is how you make Tuna cannelloni:

heat olive oil and and fry the onion until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock cube and water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes to reduce slightly, then add tuna and switch off heat.Preheat oven to 350 F.for the bechamel, boil 1.75 cups of the milk in a saucepan and mix the flour with the the remaining 0.25 in a cup. When milk begins to simmer add the milk/flour mix, lower the heat to minimum and begin to whisk immediately to refrain from forming lumps. If sauce thickens too much then add a little milk and then the cheese, always whisking. Turn off the heat. Insert the tuna into the cannellonis and pour remaining tuna liquid and bechamel on top of the cannellonis.
