If the simmering starts drying out on medium heat, feel free to add broth as needed to keep moist. How Do I Make Tuna Provencale?Here is how you make Tuna Provencale: Chop an onion and 3 cloves of garlic. Add to pan with olive oil on medium heat. Saute for 3-5 minutes. Add a yellow pepper sliced into strips, can of tomatoes, two cloves of garlic chopped, a bayleaf, some chopped parsley, and white wine to a large sauce pan on medium heat. Stew for twenty minutes. Then add fish of choice.Cook until heated through and fish easily flakes with a fork. Remove Bay Leaves.Garnish with olives and capers. Added Shredded Parmesan Cheese if desired. Serve on top of rice ( brown or wild) or pasta.
