Here is how you make Tina's Cheesy Tuna Helper:

Start by putting the frozen carrots, peas and seasonings in a pan to boil. Add the pasta when it starts to boil. In a sauce pan mix all the cheeses and milk to melt on med to low heat. Drain the Tuna and add it to the cheese sauce when it is mostly melted. Make sure to stir the cheese sauce so it does not stick to pan. When the pasta and veggies is done drain them well. Then place in lager bowl and pour the cheese sauce over and mix well. Serving Size:?6 1.5 cups
