Here is how you make Chilli-tuna mac:

Put 1 cup frozen peas into a pot of lightly salted water and bring to a boil. Add in the pasta and cook until done. Put 2 T olive oil into a large saucepan and bring up to medium-high heat. Add the diced onions and pepper and cook until soft. Stir in the cumin, turmeric, and chilli powder.Add in the flour and stir for 1 - 2 minutes. Gradually add the milk until you have a sauce of a medium consistency. Add in the tinned tomatoes, tinned tuna, and tinned beans and stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine drained pasta and peas with sauce. If desired, stir 250 grams grated cheddar cheese into the sauce, or do as I do and put 25 grams grated low-fat cheese on top after serving.
