1/4 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs

How Do I Make Simple Tuna Fish Cakes?

Here is how you make Simple Tuna Fish Cakes:

Drain tuna fish(in water) into a bowl. Chop and add 1/4 cup of green onions to the tuna fish. Add 2 brown eggs to the bowl and mix the ingred's together. Pour a1/4 cup of the bread crumbs onto a dinner plate. Use a 1/4 cup to scoop up the tuna fish then drop the tuna fish onto your hand and make a ball of it. Roll the ball of tuna fish in the bread crumbs. You should have 5 crumb coated balls when you are done. Spray a medium sized pan with the Pam cooking spray and turn your heat onto medium. When warm put your tuna fish balls in the pan and flatten a little with a spatula until they are more the shape of a hamburger patty. Cook cakes about 2 minutes on each side.
