2 cups milk
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tin mixed beans in chilli sauce
2 tins tuna
salt and pepper to taste

200 grams (8 ounces) gluten free pasta

Here is how you make Gluten free tuna-chilli-mac:

Pasta: Add 1.5 cups peas to 1 large pan hot salted water. Bring up to a boil, add 200 grams (8 ounces) gluten free pasta. Stir until the water returns to a boil, then cook until past is cooked through. Drain. Heat oil and butter in a heavy-bottomed large saucepan. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until softened. Add spices and rice flour. Stir constantly for 2 - 3 minutes over a medium heat. Gradually add 2 cups milk, stirring constantly. Stir until sauce thickens. Add 1 tin tomatoes, 1 tin mixed beans in chilli sauce, 2 tins tuna. Stir together. Bring up to a boil, then reduce eat and let simmer briefly, stirring throughout.
