Here is how you make Mini Tuna Loaves:

In a small skillet saute celery and onions in the olive oil for 5 minutes or until tender. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, bread crumbs, eggs, milk and herbs. Stir in celery and onion mixture. Make six oval loaves (or patties). Place on a large cookie sheet coated with cooking spray or parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
