Here is how you make Mexican Tuna Loaf:

Drain tuna. Wash, trim and slice shallots or spring onions finely. Mix tuna, shallots, breadcrumbs, corn, chili powder, parsley and eggs together until well combined.Line the bottom of a 20x10cm loaf dish and pack mixture in.Cover with foil and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
