Preheat oven to 375. Coat 9 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and put aside.Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion: cook and stir 3 minutes. Add celery: cook and stir 3 minutes.Sprinkle flour, salt and red pepper flakes over onion mixture; cook and stir 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk: bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.Combine noodles, white sauce, tuna, peas and 1/2 cup shredded cheese in large bowl and toss.
