In saucepan, heat olive oil. Add quinoa (that has been soaked and rinsed well) with garlic. Saute until toasted (becomes opaque). Add chicken broth, asparagus mix brussel sprouts (opt.), italian seasoning, and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
