Here is how you make Broiled Open Face Tuna Sandwich:

Preheat broiler. Drain tuna. Combine with celery, onion, mayo and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Top each slice of toast with about 1/2 cup of tuna mixture, one slice of tomato and about 1/4 cup cheese. Place in a broiler safe pan. Broil on top rack for about 3-5 mins. or until cheese is melted.
