In a food processor, combine drained tuna, bread crumbs, egg, cheese and onion. Mix together. Use 1/4 for each patty and place on hot grill or fry pan, that has been sprayed with PAM or other no fat cooking spray. Cook until hot all the way through.In a small bowl, combine juice, mayo and relish, to create the tartar spread. Use spread on bread and use toppings such as lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. Is great with Cream of Tomato Soup.
