Here is how you make Microwave stir-fry with Tuna and Almonds:

steam the vegetables (I used my Pampered Chef micro-cooker, but you can steam them any way you like) The brown rice steams in the bag in about 4 minutes in the microwave. Stir in the oil, vinegar, soy sauce and almonds. You can season this more if you want. I added cracked pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley and chives and paprika. I didn't account for them in the nutritional information to allow for taste preferences. I was also trying to keep it low sodium.
