Here is how you make Sweet and Sour Tuna Toss:

Combine the raisins and vinegar and set aside so raisins will plump up. Thinly slice the medium onion. In a skillet, over medium-high heat, saute the onion in oil for about 3 minutes, until wilted. Add the nuts and saute another 3-5 minutes, until nuts have colored and become fragrant. Add the plumped raisins and all the vinegar.
