Cook than slice the sausage in a dutch oven with your oil. After cooked about 8-10 minutes, set aside in bowl. Than add your celery, onion & pepper. 8-10 minutes. add your diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, salt, salsa, pepper and mix well. than add your chicken broth and bring to a boil. add oregano, thyme and rice and bring to a boil. than cover and simmer on Low for 20 minutes.
