Here is how you make Veggie Stuffed Peppers:

makes 3 servings. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cut 3 bell peppers in half and remove seeds. Wash. Shake out excess water. In a bowl, combine canned tomato soup, precooked rice, black beans, garlic and spices. Put 6 halves of pepper into baking dish, and spoon an even portion of the tomato mixture into each one.Put approximately 3 T of water into the bottom of the pan. (helps peppers cook more evenly and prevents burning on the bottom). Cook for 45 to 50 minutes -- until peppers and tomato mixture are hot all the way through.
