Here is how you make Tilapia Veggies and Noodles:

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a baking pan with 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Place tilapia filet in baking pan, and season with Lemon & Pepper seasoning salt. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until fish flakes when a fork is stuck in. Heat remaining 2 tbsp. oil in a skillet. Saute bell pepper, carrots, celery, and garlic until soft.Place cooked macaroni on a plate. Put cooked tilapia on top of the pasta. Spoon vegetables on top of the fish. Pour Lite Italian Dressing on top of vegetables and fish.
