*Makes 1 LARGE waffle or about 5 mini ones= 1 serving*1. Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.2. Whisk together the egg white, milk, applesauce, and vanilla in a bowl.3. Beat in the flours, flax, wheat germ, baking powder, and sugar until everything is well-combined.4. Spray the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray and pour the batter onto the iron. Cook the waffle according to manufacturer's directions*.5. Serve immediately with sugar free syrup or fresh fruit or whatever you like! Enjoy!*To have a perfectly crisp waffle, this waffle must be cooked on the lowest setting (for example, my iron goes from Light to Dark and I always cook it on Light)- this will take longer, about 6 minutes, but it's well worth it.Then, take the waffle out for about 2 minutes so it's cooled down, then pop it back in the iron for about another 2-3 minutes.
