Preheat oven to 200?F (200?C). Melt together the butter and chocolate in a micro-wave safe bowl, on medium-high heat. Stir every 30 seconds.Add the sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir well to incorporate.Add the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder (you may have to sift the cocoa powder beforehand to get rid of any clumps). Stir to combine - but just barely!Divide evenly between 16 paper-lined muffin tins (the papers should be about 3/4 of the way full). Bake for 12-14 minutes.
