Stir well to incorporate.Add the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder (you may have to sift the cocoa powder beforehand to get rid of any clumps). Stir to combine - but just barely!Divide evenly between 16 paper-lined muffin tins (the papers should be about 3/4 of the way full). Bake for 12-14 minutes.
