Penne Pasta of your choice- 1 stick Butter - About half cup white Flour - 1 lb. of Ground beef - 1 small Onion - Finely minced - 1 Can Tomato Sauce (12 oz) - Dash salt, pepper and allspice for seasoning - 5 cups Milk, 2% - One cup Parmesan Cheese How Do I Make Macaroni a la Bashamel (3x3 piece)?Here is how you make Macaroni a la Bashamel (3x3 piece): == Makes 12 servings each 3x3 Macaroni piece ==- Cook meat, Onions and spices in a non stick skillet or sauce pan over medium heat until meat is browned but not burnt.- Add Tomato sauce, bring to a boil, then lower heat and cover for about 7 minutes. Set aside.- Meanwhile Cook Pasta a la dente.- Keep Milk and Butter at room temperature to prepare the Bashamel Sauce.Prepare Bashamel Sauce:- In a non-stick sauce pan, pour flour on Milk.
