Preheat oven to 350?Mix together tomato sauce, garlic and spices. Layer sliced zucchini, potatoes and tomatoes in an 8" x 8" baking dish. Pour tomato sauce with spices over veggies and cover with foil. Bake covered for 35 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over top and bake another 35 minutes.
