How Do I Make Quick and Easy Curried Chicken?

Here is how you make Quick and Easy Curried Chicken:

Rinse chicken, pat dry and place in one layer in bowl or pan. Sprinkle with 2 TBSP Curry, 1 TSP Salt and Pepper, toss and set aside. Wash vegetables. Chop potatoes, bell pepper and onion into 1 inch pieces.In a large pot or pan add 1 cup chicken broth, 1 cup water, garlic and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables start to soften. Return heat to high setting. Add remaining broth and 1 1/2 cups water, curry powder, salt and seasoned chicken. Bring liquid to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered, 30-45 minutes, until chicken is done. Mix cornstarch with remaining water.
