1c onion chopped
16 oz cubed raw chicken breast
1/2 can tomatoes ( an be crushed pieces or whole; if whole chop)
Water as needed
1 Tbs curry powder or to taste
1Tbsp cumin
1Tbsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 teaspoon anise seed
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

For topping
1 orange pepper diced fine
4 green onions diced
1 banana chopped
1 fresh tomato chopped
Fresh cilantro



How Do I Make Suzanne's Curry?

Here is how you make Suzanne's Curry:

Heat olive oil. Add onions and celery and cook until softened. Add curry cumin, ginger anise seed and cayenne and brown. If sticking, add a dash of water. Add tomatoes and chicken. Add salt to taste. Cook until chicken is cooked and sauce has thickened. Just prior to serving, add Garamond masala.
