Saute chicken over medium heat with vegetable oil until chicken is cooked. Add chopped apples, celery, garlic and onion and saut? until onions are translucent. Add butter, when melted, slowly add 1/2 cup flour until it has thoroughly combined with no lumps. Add milk, cream and apple juice.
