In a wok heat half a tbsp Canola Oil.Add the red chillies, mustard seeds and cumin seeds and stir until the mustard seeds pop.Lower the flame and add the asafoetida.Now add the grated/shredded coconut and toss until it starts to brown.Add the shredded cabbage and give it a good toss until mixed evenly.Add 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cover.Keep covered until cabbage is cooked through.Serve with rice or by itself.
