Here is how you make Veggie Couscous:

1. Heat the water in a large skillet.2. Add the garlic and onion and stir for about two minutes.3. Add in the cumin, turmeric, paprika, and pepper and stir for another two minutes.4. Add in the zucchini, chick peas, tomatoes, and optional raisins. Cover for about 15 minutes.5. Start the couscous by bringing the vegetable stock to a boil in a separate pan.6. Add in the couscous and salt.7. Cover for 5-10 minutes, checking it often.8. Remove couscous from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.9.
