Crushed Tomatoes, 28 oz can
Garlic, 2 cloves
Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
Oregano, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, 1 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz shredded

Here is how you make Low Fat Herbed Baked Penne:

Preheat oven to 350.Start cooking the penne while you chop the garlic and shred the mozzarella.Heat olive oil in a skillet then saute the garlic for 2 minutes. Add in the ground turkey and cook until browned. Add rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.Spoon small amount of mixture into a casserole dish. Top with half of the cooked penne. Layer with half of the remaining sauce and add half of the grated cheese. Layer the remaining penne.
